Back in August, Lil Keed released his sophomore studio LP Trapped On Cleveland 3, which also acts as the third installment of his Trapped On Cleveland mixtape series. The project saw a healthy 19 tracks and additional appearances from Gunna, Lil Baby, Travis Scott, Ty Dolla $ign, Young Thug, and Future. Today, he upgrades the project with a deluxe edition that adds a mammoth 18 additional cuts, making for a 37-song body of work that fans of the Atlanta rapper will be sure to enjoy well into the new year.
Within the newer songs sees fresh collaborations with the likes of Chris Brown, O.T. Genasis, Quavo, Lil Duke, and blood brother Lil GotIt, who joins Keed on “Dead Doc” and “Off Rip” — the latter of which sees the kin artists rapping/harmonizing about going all in in regards to their rockstar lifestyles over production from Jasper Harris, Bak, and Skipass:
“Next to the b***hes with flood on our wrists, Bank of America, bands on the strips, go ‘head and cuff, I ain’t stand the b***h, n***a can play or get spinned like a frisbee, in studio working at top of my crib/
Keep bandanas on guns, we tied like a ribbon, nah, he ain’t snitching, he doing his sentence, said when Nas come home to show him some millions, showing the Wraith, they showing the Bеntley/”
In a past interview with REVOLT, Lil Keed spoke on how it feels to reach success alongside Lil GotIt:
“Blood brothers, same mama and dad. Real brothers, we treat this shit like an everyday thing. We don’t get too happy, but we stay level-headed because we don’t want to blow nothing out of proportion. … [Our parents] listen to our music every day.”
