When King Von was shot and killed outside of an Atlanta nightclub, his career was just beginning to take off. His project Welcome to O’Block had just been released, and he reportedly had so much more for his fans to listen to.

King Von’s former manager initially said the late Chicago star had two albums worth of unreleased music, but based on information from his recent interview, the count was way off. During a conversation with DJ Vlad, Track revealed Von, who he referred to as a “workaholic,” actually has around 300 songs that his fans have yet to hear.

“Just going through my notes, I found a hundred songs, not released,” Track told DJ Vlad. “‘Ay Track, check this out. Ay bro, what you think about this verse? What you think about this hook?’ One day, I went, I said, ‘Let me really see how much songs this man really had.’ Man got over 200 or 300 songs.”

Many of the tracks, he added, include songs with friend and collaborator Lil Durk.

Welcome to O’Block featured the likes of Dreezy, Fivio Foreign and Moneybagg Yo. It went on to achieve its highest position on the Billboard 200 in the wake of Von’s passing.

Since then, two visuals from the Chicago star have been released. A video of his freestyle for Audiomack’s “Bless the Booth” series, which he reportedly recorded in the days before his passing, dropped in December. Then, the song and accompanying video for “Armed & Dangerous” — which is about being watched by the feds — came out last month.

With the exception of the freestyle, the royalties from all of Von’s released music will go straight to his family.

“He owns all his masters. He wasn’t an artist that sold his publishing. So, everything belongs to him,” Track said in a previous interview. “It’s a blessing from God because his kids and his family will be good for the rest of they life.”
