“Chappelle’s Show” is coming to Netflix this weekend.

On Friday morning (Oct. 30), the streaming giant announced that Dave Chappelle’s popular sketch comedy series will be available to stream starting Nov. 1. In their announcement, they included a video clip of some of the show’s most popular moments, including when Chappelle acted as Prince, Rick James and Lil Jon.

“Chappelle’s Show” first aired on Comedy Central back in 2003. In 2005, the comedian quit the show due to stress and issues over creative control of the series. The show will join Chappelle’s other stand-up comedies on Netflix, including “Sticks & Stones” and “8:46,” which referenced the amount of time ex-Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin kneeled on George Floyd’s neck before he later died at a hospital.

Over the summer, Netflix announced that they were adding several popular 90s Black sitcoms to their streaming platform, including “Moesha,” “Sister, Sister,” “One On One,” “Half & Half,” “Girlfriends,” “The Game” and “The Parkers.”

Cast members from each of the series were part of a celebratory video that showed how appreciative they were to their fans who continued to support their shows.

“I am beyond humbled and honored at how much the fans continue to ride hard for this show — years later — and how it’s made a huge impact on the culture,” Tracee Ellis Ross, Tia Mowry and Tamera Mowry-Housley, Shar Jackson, Pooch Hall, Jill Marie Jones and more said in the clip.

“These shows changed the face of television as we know it and it helped for Black creators both in front and behind the camera. It has provided us with being able to be in the homes of people worldwide.”

“It’s going to give an opportunity for a whole new generation that’s going to be watching these shows on Netflix,” the group continued. “So, thanks to anyone who ever made a social media post or left a message asking about these shows. It didn’t go unnoticed. You did it.”
