Polo G continues to deliver top quality music to his fans, giving hope that a new body of work is on the way. His latest is the guitar-driven cut “RAPSTAR,” a collaboration with Synco and social media sensation Einer Bankz that sees him harmonizing about success, money, relationships, and more.

Directed by Arrad, the accompanying visual for “RAPSTAR” takes us through a series of events in Polo G’s current life. Following a quick cameo from a ukelele-wielding Bankz, Polo can be seen riding on a private jet, buying BMW’s for his crew, dealing with paparazzi, accepting a hip hop hall of fame award, and laying on the ground after being stabbed in the back by his love interest.

“RAPSTAR” follows the drops “Epidemic,” “GNF (OKOKOK),” and “Headshot,” a joint single with Lil Tjay and Fivio Foreign and eventually landed on Tjay’s recent release Destined 2 Win. Last year, Polo G liberated his sophomore LP The GOAT, which saw 16 tracks and additional contributions from Mustard, Juice WRLD, Stunna 4 Vegas, NLE Choppa, Mike WiLL Made-It, Lil Baby, and BJ The Chicago Kid. The project was a massive success, peaking at number two on the Billboard 200 thanks to 99,000 album equivalent units sold during its first week out. The album has since earned Polo a well-deserved Platinum plaque.
