Over the past couple of months, Yelawolf and Caskey have been consistently releasing dope visuals from their February drop Yelawolf Blacksheep, which saw 11 tracks with additional features from Cub da CookUpBoss and DJ Paul. This month, they add to that with another clip for “Million Dollar Deal,” a Money Montage and Taysty-produced cut that alludes to a recent partnership that Yelawolf scored alongside ONE Revolution People’s Music for an album and movie package (along with other business ventures):
“I just shook a million dollar deal and I never left the crib, I ain’t into flexin’ bread, I’m just sayin’ shit is real, got accountants on the line, man, I don’t even see the bills, Creek Water comin’ up, all I did was crack the seal/
I remember EBT, food stamps for a meal, had to use a fuckin’ grill to put heat up in the crib, baby momma hanging clothes out on the fence back in the hills, comin’ home with barely nothin’ after workin’ it for years…/”
Directed by ZEV, the visual is centered around liquor store-mart, where Yelawolf and Caskey can be found selling what’s presumed to be cocaine stuffed fish to buyers in the back alley. At one point, even ZEV himself makes a cameo appearance as a customer in the high quality clip.
In addition to his collaborations with Caskey, Yelawolf also has multiple projects set for release in April alone — TURQUOiSE TORNADO with Riff Raff, SLUMAFIA with DJ Paul, Mile Zero, and the aforementioned ONErpm-backed body of work, titled MUDMOUTH. Out of these forthcoming drops, MUDMOUTH will act as the official follow-up to 2019’s Ghetto Cowboy, Yelawolf’s first independent release since he parted ways with Eminem’s Shady Records imprint.
Press play on “Million Dollar Deal” below, and get ready for a lot of heat from Yelawolf in the coming weeks.
