Lil Baby continues to deliver dope visuals from his chart-topping release My Turn. This time, it’s for the Keanu Beats, Fabio Aguillarr and Tay Keith-produced cut “No Sucker.” The track’s title gives away the collaborator’s chosen subject matter:
Levels, Rolls-Royce truck in the ghetto, F’s on the wheel wave hello, yeah/
Bitch probably mad I ain’t dello, la-la-la, I am not Carmelo/
Word to the opps, they gon’ drop, better lay low, haha, nah, I’m just playin’, they can come out/
Runnin’ up the money, I ain’t never tryna run out, yeah, police get behind me, I’ma burn out/
How you get it ‘fore it even come out?/
The visual — directed by Keemotion — is straight-to-the-point, which Moneybagg and Baby rapping with money, cars and jewelry at various locations. “No Sucker” follows fairly recent clips for “Grace” with 42 Dugg, “Forever” with Lil Wayne, and the Gunna-assisted “Heatin Up.”
Lil Baby’s second studio album My Turn earned a number one on the Billboard 200 with 197,000 equivalent album units sold. The addition to the aforementioned, the project also saw appearances from Future, Young Thug, Lil Uzi Vert, and Rylo Rodriguez. The album even included the track “Catch The Sun,” Lil Baby’s contribution to last year’s Queen & Slim soundtrack.
Last week, Lil Wayne sung his praises about Lil Baby during an appearance on Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson’s popular “All The Smoke” podcast:
“I’m rockin’ with straight Lil Baby… he different. He’s a young man… That’s how I simply title him up. It’s not the quote-unquote phrase of it. He’s the definition of both words. He’s a young man… he’s open-minded too. He wants to learn. He wants to know more.”
