Fredo Bang continues to deliver dope visuals to the masses. Reaching back to last month’s release In The Name Of Gee, the Baton Rouge star drops off his latest clip for “Dangerous,” which is produced by Bang’s go-to beatsmiths Hardbody and DJ Chose and sees him rapping about the ills of street life:

“Iron slanger, 40 game changer, yeah, took a couple losses, I got ghetto angels, yeah, product of my environment, I’m filled up with anger, and I don’t even f*** with family, I treat them like strangers/

I was born this way, been tryna change so much, I let it rain so much, they speak on my name so much, every shot around the city, they put blame on us, that lil’ boy say that he thugging, got the game from us…/”

The Jolo-directed visual take a more abstract route than previous clips. Viewers can see a black-clad Fredo Bang in a room fool of headless mannequins. Elsewhere, him and his crew are unloading paintball guns on unseen victims.

In The Name Of Gee sees 15 tracks and features from Kevin Gates, Mulatto, Petty Levels, Seven7Hardaway, and the late Gee Money, who Fredo Bang pays tribute to with the album’s title, artwork, and subject matter. This year also saw the release of Fredo’s debut studio album Most Hated, which saw 12 cuts and assists from Tee Grizzley, CeeFineAss, Moneybagg Yo, YNW Melly, and Lil Baby.

In a recent interview with Real 92.3 LA, Fredo Bang spoke on how he first connected with Da Real Gee Money:

“We have been going to school together since like third, fourth grade … I never like really looked at rapping by myself, and Gee had been rapping way before me, we had bumped into each other at like a snowball stand, and [I was like] ‘I got a track for you.’”
