Currently, many of your favorite celebrities and designers are converging upon France’s capital city for Paris Fashion Week, and, as expected, the outfits are as top tier as they can be. One such attendee is none other than Cardi B, who arrived to the Musée des Arts Décoratifs — or Museum of Decorative Arts — on Tuesday (Sept. 28) for the venue’s “Couturissime” exhibition in a booming red gown courtesy of Thierry Mugler. Specifically, said dress is said to be taken from Mugler’s Fall/Winter 1994/1995 “Le Cirque d’Hiver” (“The Winter Circus”) collection.
That’s not all either. Those who follow her on social media were also able to check out additional looks from Cardi, including a 1997 Mugler floor-length dress that paparazzi caught her styling in outside of her hotel. Earlier today, she and husband Offset were spotted walking the Paris streets while she adorned a Maison Schiaparelli coat with gold breast plates and a show-stopping piece of headwear with attached sunglasses. Simply put, Cardi didn’t come to the City of Light to play around.
Her visit marked Cardi B’s first public appearance since she gave birth to her son mere weeks ago. It’s also her second child with Offset — the duo bore daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus back in 2018. Offset also has three other children from past relationships.
Despite her busy schedule, Cardi B hasn’t strayed away from her musical career. While it has been three years since she liberated her chart-topping debut Invasion of Privacy, the Atlantic-signed artist has delivered equally monstrous singles since, including “Money,” “Please Me” with Bruno Mars, “Press,” “WAP” with Megan Thee Stallion, and “Up.” Hopefully, an official sophomore body of work doesn’t lie too far into the distance.
In the meantime, fans and fashion connoisseurs alike can check out Cardi’s different fashions below.
