Back in May, Russ shared his “3:15 (Breathe)” single as a part of his well-loved consistent weekly releases. Today (Sept. 30), he decided to circle back and show that particular track more love and has released the official visual for it. On the track, Russ delivers some reflective lyrics about the one he loves:

All I ever tried to do was help you understand and grow, light the way for truths that if not for me simply wouldn’t show/ ‘Less you get somebody else who’s on my level, but you know

That there’s no one on my level, you gon’ realize if you don’t, I wish you would own up to your flaws/ And just say that you’re wrong when you’re wrong, instead of actin’ like you’re right, then it turns into a fight

The visual is co-directed by Edgar Esteves and Joshua Valle. Esteves took time to share some words of appreciation about this full circle moment in his career, as he and Russ have been working together since the early days. “Russ and I are 37 music videos in as a artist-director duo,” he types in Instagram. “Not only one of my favorite people to work with but one of the dearest people to me. Russ and I helped change each other’s lives in ways no one will understand. I will always be involved in the making of his music videos till the day I die”

This year so far, Russ has released a surplus of songs across multiple genres, including “Italy,” “Fate,” “Misunderstood,” “Bankrupt,” “Small Talk,” “Status,” “3:15 (Can’t Breathe),” “Private” with Rexx Life Raj, “Money On Me,” “Lucky,” “Rather Be Myself,” “Satisfy,” “On The Way,” “Nothin’ I Won’t Do,” and “Cheers.” Outside of his own drops, Russ has also contributed to tracks like Jackboy’s “Own My Masters” and Blxst’s “Fck Boys.”
