Soulja Boy may be a well known rapper and businessman, but he never shies away from a battle. Over the weekend, the “She Make It Clap” emcee nearly got into an altercation, but he stopped when he noticed he was about to fight one of his friends.
According to reports, the rapper was performing at Daylight Beach Club in Las Vegas on Sunday (Aug. 15) when a fight broke out in the front row. Footage from the incident shows as Big Draco prepared to jump off the stage and into the crowd before receiving some important information about the person he was about to fight. Upon learning the news, the emcee calmed down and proceeded on with his show.
The video of Soulja’s near altercation went viral, causing many to wonder why he abruptly went from 100 to 0. “Bro said that’s one of our homies chill,” he clarified in an IG post.
Though Draco didn’t throw any hands at the Las Vegas club, the emcee was more than eager to get in the boxing ring with Aaron Carter. On Monday (Aug. 16), he claimed that he would beat the singer in a boxing match and was met with skepticism by the former boy band member.
“I just seen some shit on Shade Room talking ‘bout you wanna box. Boy, I’ll beat the candy out your pockets,” Soulja previously told Carter. “Ain’t you the nigga that had the songs like ‘I Want Candy?’ I’ll beat the candy out your pockets, nigga. What the fuck is you talking about? Fuck Aaron Carter. Who the fuck is Aaron Carter? Aaron Carter, you is a bitch. I’ll beat the tattoos off your face white boy.”
“Seventy-five million records later that’s who I am. I know you be pulling numbers too though, but everywhere I walk there’s millions,” Carter responded. “What’s good? I seen you boxing and training, and doing all that shit. Talk all that talk, it’s OK. Meet me in that ring, you know what will happen there, right?”
Celebrity Boxing has reportedly reached out to Soulja in an effort to make the fight a real thing.
