Ice Cube had two simple words for Eric Trump after he shared an altered image of him and 50 Cent wearing Trump hats to his millions of followers on Twitter.
On Tuesday (Oct. 20), Trump tweeted, “Two great, courageous Americans,” along with the photoshopped image of 50 and Cube sitting court-side at a basketball game wearing hats that read, “TRUMP 2020.” Fans quickly called out the president’s son for posting the fake image. 50 was originally wearing a New York Yankees hat and Cube was sporting a hat which promoted his BIG3 basketball organization.
The “It Was A Good Day” emcee took to Twitter to respond to Trump’s tweet with two words: “N*gga please.”
Twitter immediately marked the image as “manipulated media.” The president’s son has since deleted the image.
Cube and 50 were two celebrities who were recently in hot water for their alleged connections to Donald Trump’s presidential campaign. Last week, the Are We There Yet? actor faced criticism after a senior advisor of the Trump administration thanked him for assisting with the president’s “Platinum Plan” for Black Americans. He said that both parties contacted him about his CWBA and the republicans were willing to speak about it now. Joe Biden’s administration said that they would connect with him after the election.
On Monday (Oct. 19), the Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ emcee revealed that he will be casting a ballot to keep Trump in the White House. He shared a screenshot of Joe Biden’s proposed tax rates for the states of California, New Jersey and New York. The list also included tax rates for New York City.
“WHAT THE FUCK! (VOTE For TRUMP) I’M OUT. FUCK NEW YORK The KNICKS never win anyway. I don’t care Trump doesn’t like black people 62% are you out of ya fucking mind,” he captioned the post.
