Election Day is a little over two weeks away and 50 Cent is letting us know who he is voting for next month.
On Monday (Oct. 19), the Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ emcee took to Instagram to reveal that he will be casting a ballot to keep Donald Trump in the White House. He shared a screenshot of Joe Biden’s proposed tax rates for the states of California, New Jersey and New York. The list also included tax rates for New York City.
“WHAT THE FUCK! (VOTE For TRUMP) I’M OUT. FUCK NEW YORK The KNICKS never win anyway. I don’t care Trump doesn’t like black people 62% are you out of ya fucking mind,” he captioned the post.
Experts reported that Biden’s new plan will tax “federal and state tax rates of 62%” to people who earn over $400,000 or more per year in New York and California, according to CNBC. People who make under that amount, however, would receive tax cuts under Biden’s plan.
In a follow-up post, 50 joked that he was “bankrupt” and in need of a loan. “I just remembered I’m bankrupt, so I’m looking for a gracious loan. Can anyone help a brother out? LOL,” he captioned a photo of himself.
Money troubles aren’t an issue for the “Many Men” emcee as he recently announced that he is teaming up with horror film icon Eli Roth to produce three feature-length horror films.
“The newly formed film partnership is predicated on producing diverse and innovative world-building genre films that feel like ground-breaking events with global reach for horror enthusiasts,” the team said in a statement.
Last month, 50 announced that he will also be producing two new series for Starz, the network which is home to his hit “Power” series. The first show, “Moment in Time: The Massacre ,” will explore his 12-year relationship with The Game.
