At the time of his tragic passing, TMZ reported that Juice WRLD had over 2,000 songs in the vault. It appears fans may be hearing a selection of these records soon, according to his friend and mentor, Lil Bibby.

Bibby — who is also an executive at Juice’s label, Grade A Productions — shared the news while reminiscing about their friendship.

“Miss my lil bro walking round wit skateboards and sh*t, playing wit Yugio cards and watching Naruto,” Bibby captioned a video of them at the airport in an Instagram post on Thursday (April 9).

It was in the comments section under the post that Bibby reportedly responded to a fan, confirming that Juice’s posthumous album is “coming soon.”

This isn’t the first time Bibby has mentioned Juice’s forthcoming posthumous project. Back in February, he recruited Frank Ocean for the record on Twitter.

“Gotta get Frank Ocean on this Juice album,” he tweeted Feb. 25.

In addition to the album teases, Juice’s girlfriend Ally Lotti has also shared some of the late rapper’s unreleased music. Last month, she previewed an untitled track on her Instagram. It’s unclear if the song will be included on Juice’s upcoming posthumous album.

Juice passed away last December after suffering a seizure at Chicago’s Midway Airport. The “Lucid Dreams” rapper was transported to a local hospital where his death was ruled an accidental overdose. Prior to his seizure, he had reportedly swallowed several unknown pills in an effort to hide them from authorities during a raid on his plane.

The 21-year-old Chicago native’s untimely death devastated the hip hop community. Future, who collaborated with Juice frequently, only recently opened up about the rapper’s passing.

“It was heartbreaking about Juice. Still to this day, I’m heartbroken,” he told XXL. “Rest in peace to Juice WRLD. He’s a great artist. He had so much more to do.”
