Back in July, EST Gee unveiled his latest body of work Bigger Than Life Or Death, a 15-song effort with additional appearances from Lil Baby, 42 Dugg, Future, Young Thug, Yo Gotti, Pooh Shiesty, and more. Yesterday, the Louisville emcee dropped off a new visual from said project for “In Town,” a collaboration alongside Lil Durk that sees the artists sending vivid messages to their respective enemies:

“My patience short, I can’t go back and forth, I passed out pieces of my heart in hopes you leave a corpse, this the most murders in history, left the city torched, maybe now they get the point, they wasn’t with us when I had like fifty bums on Tubman Court, they can’t question nothin’, we got our rank up now…”

Courtesy of Diesel Films, the accompanying clip for “In Town” largely acts as a tribute for EST Gee’s fallen friend Red, with footage from better times interspersed throughout. In addition to some behind the scenes and on-stage performance shots, Gee and Durk can also be seen iced up with stacks of money in a Rolls Royce, as well as in a room with other crew members playing what looks like a high stakes game of cee-lo.

Bigger Than Life Or Death follows last year’s Ion Feel Nun and I Still Don’t Feel Nun. Considered a commercial breakthrough for Gee, I Still Don’t Feel Nun saw 16 tracks with contributions from the likes of Kevin Gates, YFN Lucci, Moneybagg Yo, fellow hometown hero Jack Harlow, and Babyface Ray. In a recent sit-down on REVOLT’s “Big Facts,” Gee revealed that he deals with “survivor’s remorse” as a side-effect of his career successes:

“Some of my peoples died, you feel me? Some of my niggas went to jail — still fight cases. And it’s like, it’s getting to the good part, and some of these niggas ain’t gone see it … And then I’m like, ‘Why I’m the one?’ It’s a lot of them, you feel me?”
