It’s a North Carolina link up for Rich Dunk’s brand new video “Demons.” Fellow proud NC native DaBaby joins Dunk as they run away from the neighborhood zombies and see trouble at every turn. It turns into a full on apocalypse as the demons start destroying property and causing havoc. On the track, Rich Dunk kicks off the song with his hook as he simultaneously is on the run from some zombie cops:
That boy pussy, I know I done seen it (Ha-ha), I switched up the engine, this bitch like a demon (Yeah)/ I just take the one to stay ridin’ with my nina, I’m still blowin’ reefer, I do shit illegal/ Just wanna rap and take care of my people (On God)
Y’all been a snitch, I don’t know, I ain’t seen ‘em (Uh-uh), I swerve through the hood and spend time with my people/ This bitch like a party, I turn up the speakers (Blaow, blaow, blaow)/ You reach for my chain, then you gon’ meet this heater (The fuck?)
We’ve recently heard some verses from Rich Dunk this year including his track “Out The Mud” and “Fadeaway” with Kid Loud. In 2020, he dropped off some cuts like “Chain Smoke,” “Thuggin’,” “Look Like,” “Fuckery.” Rich Dunk’s last full-length project was 2019’s Dread or Die.
Most recently, DaBaby released two brand new singles “Ball If I Want To” and “Red Light Green Light.” The Carolina rapper has certainly been in a collaborative spirit these past few months, as he appeared on plenty of tracks. These include songs like Yo Gotti’s “Drop,” OhGeesy’s “Get Fly,” Toosii’s “Shop,” and most recently, Polo G’s “Party Lyfe.” Prior to that, DaBaby also linked up with Boosie for their attention-garnering “Period” video.
