So far this year, Josh X has delivered a few singles to keep his fans fed. First, there was the “Henny & Highgrade” track released on April 20, then the Baky-assisted “Eskize Mwen” followed closely after (May 21). He now makes his return with “Goin Dummi,” a club-ready banger that features an assist from NYC’s very own Fivio Foreign. In the the Picture Perfect-directed accompanying video, the duo parties their night away in a strip club while Josh X sets the tone with his catchy hook:

More bands, I had to run it up, when it comes to goin’ stupid we go dummi yeah, goin’ dummi, goin’ dummi yeah, goin dummi

I just put like 40 in the air throwin’ money, when it comes to goin’ stupid we go dummi yeah

Josh made sure to share a few words on his intent for the video. “I wanted to create a vibe that was going to inspire others to simply live a little and go out and have a great time with friends. Be it a club, a party or whatever makes you happy, just ‘go dummi,’ even for one night and celebrate the gift of life,” mentions Josh via press release. For some time now, fans have been patiently waiting for Fivio’s debut LP release, which is still said to be titled B.I.B.L.E. He’s already liberated a slew of videos in support of the project for well-received tracks like “Move Like A Boss” with Young M.A, “13 Going On 30,” “Bop It” with Polo G, “Trust,” “Self Made,” “Unruly,” and “Creepin” with Rowdy Rebel.

Fivio also been pretty active as a guest artist — Lil Tjay’s “Zoo York,” French Montana’s “That’s A Fact (Remix),” DaniLeigh’s “Dominican Mami,” PHresher’s “All The Smoke (Remix),” Famous Dex’s “Couped Up,” Dreamdoll’s “Ah Ah Ah,” Nas’ “Spicy,” King Von’s “I Am What I Am,” Hit-Boy’s “Salute,” and even Funk Flex’s own “Gametime” are a select handful of songs that the XXL Freshman alum has contributed to.
