Last month, Polo G blessed the world with his third studio album Hall of Fame, which sees 20 tracks with additional assists from Roddy Ricch, Lil Durk, Lil Wayne, G Herbo, Rod Wave, DaBaby, Young Thug, Nicki Minaj, Pop Smoke, and more. The project has proven to be his biggest to date, landing him his first number one on the Billboard 200 thanks to 143,000 album equivalent units sold during its first week of release.

This week, the Chicago star revealed another visual from Hall of Fame for “Toxic,” a WIZARDMCE and Jkei-produced cut that sees him rapping about moving past noxious relationships as a result of his street upbringing:

“Baby, I’m a soldier, you won’t find nobody solider, love that bitch so much, I caught her cheatin’, would’ve shot at her, fuck broken hearts, keep stuffin’ all these hundreds ‘til my pockets hurt, I just go by morals, I don’t care ‘bout who more popular, heard his ho went missin’, she with gang like we adopted her, got a low-key freak, I save her pics, but I don’t follow her…”

Courtesy of Ryan Lynch and Counterpoint 2.0, the accompanying clip sees Polo G mobbing heavy with his crew in Miami. Throughout, he can be seen by the pool, in the clubs, out in the streets, and in a fly residence — all while his closest circle flanks him nearby.

“Toxic” follows previously released videos for “Epidemic,” “GNF (OKOKOK),” “RAPSTAR,” “GANG GANG,” “No Return,” “Painting Pictures,” and “Party Lyfe.” This year has also seen Polo contribute his talents to tracks like Migos’ “Malibu,” SpotemGottem’s “Beat Box 5,” G Herbo’s “Cry No More,” and Fredo Bang’s “Bless His Soul.”
