Last year, Stunna 4 Vegas liberated his latest project Welcome To 4 Vegas, a 13-track offering that saw additional assists from Toosii, Murda Beatz, Ola Runt, and Billion Dollar Baby head honcho DaBaby. For his latest, he reaches back to the well-received body of work to drop a music video for the standout cut “Hard,” which holds true to its name both in production — courtesy of Stxnk — and subject matter:
“My whip don’t need no key to go, I drop shit, he peed a roll, they slangin’ that fire, what you need it for? Hope you ready to die, we in demon mode/
We armed and we ready to crank, big charm and my piece in the sink, I get ‘em stank on the way to the bank, want this and get blitzed, what thе fuck did he think?/”
Shot by One Shot Skott, the accompanying clip shows Stunna out at a gas station and in a residence with his crew, showing off high-end whips, flashy jewelry, and what’s assumed to be prop guns for added effect. The visual essentially keeps with Stunna’s usual theme of hanging around his stomping grounds while letting his explosive energy remain his biggest draw.
In addition to Welcome 4 Vegas, 2020 also saw Stunna releasing the sophomore LP RICH YOUNGIN, which saw 12 cuts and contributions from Offset, Blac Youngsta, and — of course — DaBaby, who appears with Lil Baby on the album opener “DO DAT.” The Salisbury, North Carolina rapper also contributed verses to Polo G’s “Go Stupid,” PHresher’s “All The Smoke (Remix),” and Youngsta’s “Crash Out.” Given his work ethic, it’s probably a set bet to expect more tunes from Stunna by year’s end.
