Currently, Machine Gun Kelly is prepping his fans for the release of his forthcoming album Tickets To My Downfall, a collaborative project with legendary musician Travis Barker. Originally intended to be exclusive to non hip hop genres, MGK did release a hard-hitting rap single titled “Bullets With Names,” which features Young Thug, RJMrLA and Lil Duke. Now, he reaches back to an earlier single, the punk rock-esque “Bloody Valentine,” for his latest visual. The song itself seems to center on MGK’s hope for a night of loveless sex with a certain individual:
“The simulation just went bad, but you’re the best I ever had/
Like handprints in wet cement, she touched me, it’s permanent/
In my head, in my head, I couldn’t hear anything you said, but/
In my head, in my head, I’m callin’ you “girlfriend,” what the f***?/
The visual comes courtesy of Michael Garcia and sees Machine Gun Kelly seemingly held hostage by actress Megan Fox, who spends most of the time keeping the artist taped up while performing his lyrics.
Interestingly enough, MGK is once again in the throws of tabloid news due to his connection with Fox, given that the former Transformers star could be rebounding on the heels of her recent breakup with husband Brian Austin Green. During his podcast, Green revealed that he and Megan seems to be headed toward separation following her being out of the country for a film:
“She said, ‘You know what, I realized while I was out of the country working alone, that I feel more like myself and I liked myself better during that experience. And I think that’s something that might be worth trying for me,’ …I was upset about it, but I can’t be upset at her and I wasn’t upset at her because she didn’t ask to feel that way.”
