This past weekend, Freebandz artist Doe Boy teamed up with duper producer Southside to release the 19-track project Demons R Us, which saw additional features from Future, Lil Uzi Vert, Chief Keef, Young Nudy, 42 Dugg, Swae Lee, and more. In addition, the Cleveland-to-Atlanta duo liberated a fresh visual from the release for “Yesterday,” which sees some hard-hitting bars from fellow Ohioan Trippie Redd:

“B***h, go get your big homie, ain’t gon’ do a thing, your lil’ homies ain’t gon’ die about it, you should be ashamed, got some killers that’s gon’ slide ‘bout it, hit you in your brain, try ‘em, we gon’ shoot this b***h up, Tory Lanez/

Act like he want smoke today, oh, he must want his death today, told you we ain’t playing games, oh, that thought must ain’t registrate, I just popped a perky and forgot to hit you up yesterday…/”

The video is straight to the point, with Doe Boy and Trippie Redd mobbed up with their crews, performing the sinister-sounding cut while flashing cars and jewelry for the cameras. Judging from the rappers’ unmistakable chemistry, it might be time to campaign for a full-length joint effort from these two.

In addition to “Yesterday,” Trippie Redd and Doe Boy also appeared on Trippie’s “Kid That Didd” alongside Future, a track that can be found on Trippie’s recently released album Pegasus. Released during Halloween weekend, Pegasus saw 26 cuts and additional assists from the likes of Young Thug, Lil Wayne, Quavo, Rich The Kid, Chris Brown, Busta Rhymes, and Swae Lee. The project has also become a success for Trippie sales-wise, landing at the number two spot on the Billboard 200 thanks to 60,000 album equivalent units sold during its first week of release.
