Back in August, Nas teamed up with Hit-Boy to create and release his thirteenth studio album King’s Disease, which sees 13 tracks and additional features from Fivio Foreign, A$AP Ferg, Fivio Foreign, Lil Durk, Anderson .Paak, his Firm cohorts Dr. Dre, Foxy Brown, AZ, and Cormega, and more. This week, the New York hip hop legend drops off a new visual for the album cut “Replace Me,” which features a dope verse from Big Sean and Don Toliver on hook duties:

“It get kinda hard to replace me, so don’t go lookin’ for nobody else, I was keeping my heart there on safety, but now I’m letting it go until ain’t none left/

You got a lot to lose, but it’s all basic, I’ll probably ride the times to prevent a late text, I bet I’m living it up while so spacey, you love to wine and dine, come be my lady, lady/”

The relationship-themed cut sees a video courtesy of Christian Sutton and sees the artist in the middle of a presumed photoshoot. Footage of that is mixed with Nas and his leading lady and apparent bookworm, while Big Sean can be seen holding roses and hanging up on his significant other, matching the ups and downs of his verse.

Upon its release, King’s Disease landed Nas at the five position on the Billboard 200 thanks to 47,000 album equivalent units sold. Prior to that, he released the sequel to the 2002 project The Lost Tapes last year, which saw 16 previously unreleased cuts and features from Al Jarreau, Swizz Beatz, RaVaughn, and more. His last official album, the Kanye West-helmed Nasir, was released in 2018 in the midst of other G.O.O.D Music released from Teyana Taylor, Pusha T, Kanye himself, and more.
