Last month, Ne-Yo presented his newest offering, a brand new collaboration with Yung Bleu titled “Stay Down.” The two talented singers have decided to circle back around and show off their musical chemistry once again. Today (Jan. 21), Yung Bleu links up with Ne-Yo to present their latest collaboration titled “Walk Through The Fire.” On the song, Ne-Yo opens up the track by singing some lovestruck lyrics over some beautiful piano chords:
I fell in love with you, that’s why it’s hard to say goodbye/ That’s why everytime you smile, I get a little bit closer to the sky, you better than me I would’ve left you on the first time/ That’s why you, you better than me and I’ll be loving you through
Every moment, every wrinkle in time I’ll be loving you through and I’ll be loving you through/ Every moment, every wrinkle in time, I’ll be loving you through and I’ll be making up for yesterday, yeah/ Fixing everything that I let break
This past summer saw Yung Bleu blessing his fans with his debut LP Moon Boy, which contained 15 tracks and a wealth of contributions from the likes of H.E.R., Kodak Black, Moneybagg Yo, Kehlani, Big Sean, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, and Drake, the last of whom appeared on the updated version of Bleu‘s hit single “You’re Mines Still.” In addition to his own work, the Mobile, AL star also spent the year making well-received appearances on Mooski’s “Track Star (Remix),” Tink’s “Selfish,” Moneybagg Yo’s “This Feeling,” and Rotimi’s “Polaroid.”
