Mia Rodriguez has shared her brand new single “Billion Dollar Bitch” featuring Yung Baby Tate. “Billion Dollar Bitch” is the first new offering we’ve had from Mia Rodriguez since “BEAUTIFUL & BITTERSWEET” which was a follow up to her breakthrough single “Psycho.”
The official music video is produced and directed by Josh Harris and surely does the track justice as Mia even eats her jewelry at one point before birthing it later on in a delivery room. Fitting seamlessly into the chaos, Tate slides in with her assist with ease, even paying homage to Lil Wayne’s legendary flow on “A Milli”:
A billion here, a billion there, pretty brown skin with long hair/ Coco on my derrière, I’m in the director’s chair, I go for the biggest budgets/ I’ma let him look, but know he could never touch it, I’ma have to change my name to “Billion Dollar Baby Tate”/
’Cause my money ain’t young no more, I got the double A-R-P, old bread/ That ain’t my sugar daddy, he is just an old head (Oh, yeah)/ I want a million, billion, trillion, I can fit on any track, I’m like a chameleon/ Once that karma come back, that’s how you know I’m really done
Back in May, Yung Baby Tate unleashed the deluxe version of her 2020 project After The Rain. She then made another return to revamp the well-received project once again, this time teaming up with DJ Hollygrove to slow down the pace a bit and give After The Rain the chopped and screwed treatment. The original After The Rain project included seven new tracks and features from Flo Milli and 6lack. She has made sure to drop off a few visuals to make her tracks come to life, including ones for “Eenie Meenie” and the Flo Milli-assisted “I Am.”
