The visual is directed by Shula The Don.

Although he’s dropped off plenty of music already this year for fans to indulge in, Curren$y takes no breaks as he recently announced his new album Highest In Charge, which will be entirely produced by Trauma Tone. Today (Aug 13), he shares a brand new single “Everything We Wanted” and it’s paired with a Shula The Don-directed visual that sees Curren$y in his element surrounded by cars, his guys, and a red cup in hand.

Back in June, Curren$y and his Jet Life collective liberated the compilation Welcome To Jet Life Recordings 2, a sequel to last December’s Welcome To Jet Life Recordings that sees 14 tracks with contributions from Blu, OG Maco, Jay Worthy, T.Y., Pretty Yellow, Black Cobain and more. After dropping off visuals from the project like “Hit A Lick” and “Ride,” Curren$y shared his most recent one last week. The freshly released video for “Havin Things” featuring Treety and Kenneth Brother sees a series of luxurious shots of skylines and fancy cars as Curren$y gets in his bag.

The album serves as the follow up to the collective’s first Welcome To Jet Life Recordings album released in December 2020. That project had 10 tracks and appearances from familiar names like T.Y., G Style, Black Cobain, Alia Fieury, and more. It boasts some fan favorites like “Just Came Home” and “Neighborhood Superstar.

Last year saw Curren$y liberate enough bodies of work to fill another rapper’s entire career, including The Tonite Show with Curren$y with DJ Fresh, Spring Clean with Fuse, The OutRunners with Harry Fraud, The Director’s Cut with Harry Fraud, Smokin’ Potnas with Fendi P, and the aforementioned Welcome to Jet Life Recordings. This past February, he dropped off his latest LP Collection Agency, which saw 10 cuts and a single assist from Larry June.
