Late last year, South London star Loski revealed his official debut LP Music, Trial & Trauma: A Drill Story, a 16-track offering that saw additional assists from Fredo, Popcaan, OFB, Bandokay, Double Lz, Stormzy, Davido, Aitch, Emeli Sandé, and more. The top 40 effort also spawned the well-received singles “Anglo Saxon,” “Teddy Bruckshot 2,” “Flavour,” and “Avengers.”
Following last July’s “Plugged In” collaboration with Fumez The Engineer, Loski returns with his latest banger “P.U.G” (or “Pull up, glee”) a Ghosty-produced cut that sees the Harlem Spartan delivering some of his hardest bars to date:
“From the O where it’s hot outside, but it ain’t from the sun, rude boy that’s gunshots, got my jewels on me, TM with me, if your moving weird, get turned off, and I heard another one got burnt up, 22 let it rain in the summer, summer … ain’t bad he’s a runner, mothers seen … leave his brother, and I’m in Amiri bankroll just look, swinging out your arm like jooks, bring a Sav to a public place, we see a ZK, don’t be moving shook…”
Courtesy of Kaylum Dennis, the accompanying clip for “P.U.G” sees Loski riding around with his largely-masked (or censored) crew in a Lamborghini Urus. Loski can also be seen in the studio while shots of good food catering are interspersed throughout.
Back in June, Loski took to social media to reveal that he was working on a new project titled Call Me 2 Loose, which would be released sometime by summer’s end. Upon its release, Call Me 2 Loose will follow his 2018 project Call Me Loose, which contained 16 hard-hitting cuts with contributions from Headie One, RV, DoRoad, Bis, and Incognito. The classic “Teddy Bruckshot” also appear on this body of work.
Until that drops, fans can enjoy “P.U.G” below.
