Pretty Bitch Summer has officially commenced last month and Saweetie is leading the charge with her Pretty Summer Playlist and slew of visuals. Following her video for “Risky” featuring Drakeo The Ruler, she circles back and releases the new “Fast (Motion).” The single is paired with a high-energy visual that sees Saweetie in action, with her tackling (literally) a series of sports, from track, to football, to sky diving as she delivers her verse with confidence:
I put it in, I put it in, I put it in motion, locomotion, we causing a commotion/ Iciest bitch in the whole damn land, I hit the road in an all-white Lam’, I keep a fresh set up on my hands/
You don’t like me, but you on my ‘Gram, how you look? (How you look?), how you sound, ho?/ I’m a boss, I’m a brat, hard to handle, I’m a real life mood, a real life muse, got some pretty-ass toes in my sandals/
WNBA MVP A’J A Wilson and Black-owned brands Mielle, Brandon Blackwood, Matte Swimwear, and more. Back in January, Saweetie linked up with Doja Cat and blessed fans with a new anthem to hype your bestie with. The “Best Friend” track got even better as Saweetie tapped Stefflon Don to add a fresh new paint job to the hit for its official remix.
Prior to Saweetie’s “Best Friend” was her Jhene Aiko-assisted single “Back To The Streets.” 2020 also saw Saweetie deliver dope cuts like “Money Mouf” with Tyga and YG, “Bussin 2.0” with Tay Money, and “Tap In,” the last of which as since climbed to the top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100. “Tap In” later on caught a big remix that featured Post Malone, DaBaby, and Jack Harlow. Pretty Bitch Music features some all-star-level production from names like Timbaland, Danja, Lil John, Murda Beatz and will follow her 2019 EP ICY.
