Boosie says he is moving forward with his lawsuit against Mark Zuckerberg after he was banned from Instagram for repeatedly violating their policies.
During a recent interview with VLADTV, the “Wipe Me Down” emcee says being banned from Instagram affected his income. “He made some of my business ventures go down, so I’m suing him now. I’m filing a lawsuit against him now,” he said. “He stopped me off Instagram and he didn’t put me back on Instagram. And that’s affecting my business. And I got over 200,000 people writing statements who have done way worser things than I put on my Instagram.”
He continued, “I got porn stars — I got all people who done done way worser things — their Instagram has been given to them, taken back and given to them over and over. This my first time my Instagram has been taken from me.”
“So, you can give the other two million people their Instagram back for derogatory things they did?” Boosie questioned. “This is discrimination. Something is wrong. Somebody must be mad cuz I say their name wrong and they’re trying to chastise me.”
Back in August, the Baton Rouge native pleaded to Zuckerberg to restore his page. Since the pandemic began, he had been using social media to make extra money by promoting businesses. HotNewHipHop reported that he had deals with several restaurants to help them gain new customers.
“They just took my Instagram,” Boosie previously said. “Mark Zuckinberger, I need to talk to you. Bosses need to talk to bosses. I don’t know what I did, but I need my Instagram back. I don’t even know what I did, but this is how I feed my family. Mark, do not do this to 2020. Do not take Boosie off Instagram! We need to talk, Mark.”
