It’s been nearly three years since Juicy J released his last body of work Shutdafukup. Since then, the Memphis legend has released a slew of loose singles, including “You Can Cry” with Marshmello and James Arthur, “Neighbor” with Travis Scott, “Let Me See” with Kevin Gates and Lil Skies, and “Three Point Stance” with City Girls and Megan Thee Stallion. He also linked up with the likes of Rae Sremmurd, French Montana, and THEY. during that same timeframe. As busy as the Three 6 Mafia alum was (even from a production only standpoint), fans were definitely missing a full body of work from the hip hop veteran.
This Friday (November 27), Juicy J will finally release his new album titled The Hustle Continues, which is led by the Wiz Khalifa-assisted “GAH DAMN HIGH” and will see additional contributions from Lil Baby, 2 Chainz, A$AP Rocky, Young Dolph, Conway The Machine, Ty Dolla $ign, and more. Just before landfall, he blesses the masses with a new visual for “1995,” which features assistance from Logic and shows the two reflecting on life back in the day:
“Whippin’ through north Memphis back in nineteen-ninety-five, screamin’, “Mafia!” Had my city hypnotized, go stream, ‘30,000 feet up in the sky,’ dabbin’ off her titties, goddamn, time flies…/”
