Over the past weekend, Logic delivered his sixth and final album No Pressure, which saw 15 new tracks from the Maryland emcee. This week, he drops off a couple of dope visuals from the project for “Aquarius III” and “DadBod,” both of which see direction from Justin Fleischer. As with his reason for retirement, both songs speak to his life as a husband and father:

“I’m a dad, this my life, this the type of s*** I write, I was hungry in the basement, now that boy, he full of life/

Smoking dope, high as a kite, only when that babysitter at the crib, though, take my shorty to Nobu and dig up in her rib though…/”

The video for “Aquarius III” is simple and to the point, with a space jumper and classic Yeezy-wearing Logic rapping his lyrics while walking toward the camera. “DadBod” gives us more of a day-in-the-life vibe of the Visionary star, which a tour of his impressive home and shots of his beautiful wife and child — all giving excellent reasons why a man who’s attained so much success can hang up the mic and relax with his loved ones.

Over the past decade, Logic has seen a slew of mixtapes and albums top the charts and earn him Gold and Platinum plaques, putting him in hip hop’s upper echelon for his entire career. His most recent prior to No Pressure, 2019’s Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, earned Logic his third number one with 80,000 album equivalent units sold. Mere months prior to that release, he also unveiled his novel Supermarket, as well as a soundtrack album of the same name.
