The fallout from "Surviving R. Kelly" has cost the Chicago singer in many ways, including financially.

As previously reported, Kelly's former landlord, Midwest Commercial Funding, won a judgment for $173k against the disgraced singer for back rent owed on a Chicago studio.

After collecting $154,527.22 from two of Kelly's Bank of America accounts, one of the other banks that Kelly has an account with is telling creditors that his account is in the red.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Wintrust Bank has informed Midwest that the singer currently has a balance of negative $13. Midwest is still owed $50,000. They are asking Sony to pay out the remainder of the balance from his biannual royalty account, which is currently worth $264,535.

Kelly is currently awaiting trial for 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse in Chicago. He's also being investigated by the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District and Southern District of New York, while a probe in Illinois is looking to build a stronger case against the "Happy People" singer.

The Department of Homeland Security is also investigating R. Kelly to see if he violated the Mann Act when current girlfriend, Azriel Clary, traveled from Palm Springs to Phoenix to Orlando for the purpose of sex with Kelly in 2015. Clary was reportedly 17 at the time.

Last week, Kelly asked the media to "take it easy" on him before he made a scheduled appearance at an Illinois nightclub. The hour-long appearance cost fans between $50-$100 but brought in $22,000 for the singer. He reportedly sang for 28 seconds before taking photos with fans.

Back in March, Judge Lawrence Flood decided that cameras would be allowed in the courtroom during Kelly's trial. Because of the sensitive nature of the case, victims are not allowed to be filmed or photographed without their consent. Two of the four victims have objected so far.

Kelly is expected back in court on May 7.
