Other than being America's favorite song of the year (so far), Drake's "God Plan" has been making history for just about every week since its mid-January debut. Last week, as it tallied its ninth week atop the Hot 100 chart, Billboard reported the song collected nine of the top 14 streaming weeks of all-time. Now, it spends its tenth week at No. 1.

"God's Plan" is Drizzy's biggest single to date, as it lands as the fifth song in the Hot 100 chart's 59-year history to spend its first ten weeks at No. 1. His last chart-topper, "One Dance," also accomplished the 10-week week reign back in 2016. However, unlike "Plan," its run was non-consecutive. As of now, the song is just six weeks away from surpassing the all-time record of 16 weeks at No. 1, which was set by Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men's eye-watering ballad "One Sweet Day" in in 1995-96.

Drake's "God's Plan" originally arrived back in January as a cut featured on his surprise two-song EP, Scary Hours.

While the record continues to snowball, Drizzy's hit factory is prepping new chunes for everyone's head-top. A few weeks ago, the rapper teased music with rap's go-to producer Murda Beatz. During a live story by the hitmaker, he declared, in a comment, "New single dropping soon produced by Chef Murda." No date or title has been announced.
