Spotlight on REVOLT: Felly, "Wide Angle" ft. Konshens

Spotlight on REVOLT

 // Nov 6, 2017

It's not very often that a hip-hop artist can really say that their music blends both a New York and Los Angeles sound. Felly, an independent hip-hop artist hailing from Trumbull, Conn., however, does just that. Over the course of his last eight years, Fel' has not only found his sound, but has developed a large fanbase from coast to coast in the process.

Felly first built a large YouTube following after making beats on a laptop in his basement, and subsequently selling them. After putting out a few solo projects in high school, he set off to Los Angeles to the University of Southern California to enroll in their Music Industry course. Soon after, he released Waking Up to Sirens and Milk and Sugar which featured Dreamville signee Ari Lennox and frequent collaborator GYYPS.

This summer, Felly relocated back to New York City where he began gearing up for his latest album Wild Strawberries, which boasts features from Konshens and GYYPS, and production from Dre Moon, Dot Da Genius, YoG$, and more.
