Hip-hop has really stepped up its philanthropy game this past month, with countless artists selflessly coming to the aid of those impacted by recent hurricanes.

From Bun B's Hand In Hand celebrity telethon raising over $44 million to benefit concerts being organized by the likes of Joey Bada$$, Solange and more, the relief efforts remain ongoing, with JAY-Z's Roc Nation the latest to get involved.

As reported, Roc Nation is giving fans the unique opportunity to bid on four different custom jackets from the 2017 Made in America festival, with proceeds going to hurricane victims.

In an effort to make the jackets that much more valuable and, in turn, raise as much money as possible, each sports a variety of signatures from acts from this year's festival line-up, including the likes of Jay-Z, Migos, J. Cole, Pusha, T, 21 Savage, Vic Mensa, Cardi B, Run the Jewels, Stormzy and more.

The charitable effort, which is in partnership with One America Apparel and CharityBuzz, has already kicked off, and fans can place their bids here.
