All is finally well between T-Pain and Usher.

On Sunday night (Nov. 21), the two men hugged it out on stage at an afterparty concert that was held in celebration of Dave Chappelle’s new forthcoming documentary. “I love you, bro,” T-Pain told the Confessions singer. “I’m telling you, we ain’t going through nothing, bro. We ain’t going through a goddamn thing. It’s all love. In a time when we’re divided the most, we need to be together the most. I love you, bro. I’m never not gonna love you, bro, trust me.”

As REVOLT previously reported, T-Pain revealed that he went into a four-year depression after Usher criticized his musical use of the auto-tune.

“Usher was my friend. I really respect Usher. And he said, ‘I’m gonna tell you something, man. You kinda fucked up music,’” the Florida native said during an episode of Netflix’s “This Is Pop.”

“He was like, ‘Yeah man you really fucked up music for real singers,’” T-Pain added. “I was like, ‘What did I do? I came out and I used auto-tune?’ He was like, ‘Yeah, you fucked it up.’ I’m like, ‘But I used it, I didn’t tell everybody else to start using it.’”

In August, Usher revealed in an interview with Billboard that he had spoken and to the “Buy U a Drank” musician and that the two were on good terms.

“I’m happy that T-Pain said something. I’m not sure if it was before or after our actual conversation after I heard what was said. It was very hurtful to know that he had experienced that kind of hardship in life,” the “Let It Burn” vocalist said, adding that he wouldn’t wish the depression T-Pain felt by his remarks on anyone else.

However, last week, T-Pain refuted Usher’s claims that they spoke and patched things up. During an interview on “The Angie Martinez Show,” the “Bartender” singer said he reached out to Usher and told him to hit him up, but he said he “never heard from him.”
