Omarion believes Lil Fizz’s apology to him during the first stop of the “Millennium Tour” was the right thing to do.
During an interview with TMZ, the “Ice Box” singer reflected on the moment, saying that it wasn’t expected. “It was definitely appropriate,” he said, adding that he wants to move on. However, he confirmed that there will be no new music from B2K as a group.
As REVOLT previously reported, Lil Fizz issued an apology to his former bandmate after he dated Apryl Jones, the mother of Omarion’s kids. “I did some fucked up shit to my brother,” he said. “I did some snake ass shit, and I’m not proud of it. So, I want to sit here humbly and sincerely apologize to you for any turmoil or dysfunction I caused between you and your family.”
“It’s all good, dog,” Omarion replied. He then shook Fizz’s hand and gave him a hug.
Back in 2019, Fizz began dating Apryl. The two even appeared together as a couple for a season of “Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood.” For the most part, O remained quiet about the relationship, but he eventually shared his feelings about the situation during an interview with VladTV. “I don’t feel no ways, I don’t feel any way about it,” the “Post To Be” singer said at the time. “I think if they’re happy, then they should be happy. I think they should change the narrative, though.”
“She’s still the mother of my children,” he added. “When something affects her, it affects my kids, and that affects me. But what she does is, you know, live your life! I think people should do whatever makes them happy.”
Fizz and Apryl eventually called it quits last year to focus on their children from previous relationships. Check out Omarion’s interview with TMZ below.
