Weeks after announcing his forthcoming Time Served (Deluxe) album, Moneybagg Yo has now shared the follow-up effort’s tracklist and given it a Friday release date (May 15). The upcoming project will see seven new songs — including collaborations with Lil Baby, Rylo Rodriguez, Big Homiie G and Big 30 — as well as a handful of hits from Moneybagg’s initial Time Served, like “1 2 3” featuring Blac Youngsta, “Protect Da Brand” with DaBaby and “All Dat,” featuring Megan Thee Stallion.
Although the Memphis-bred rapper just released Time Served back in January, the album’s forthcoming deluxe version will usher in a few other projects that he’s hoping to release within this year. Speaking with REVOLT, Moneybagg revealed he’s got another two or three albums that could arrive very soon.
“I’m gonna put out a [Time Served] Deluxe and then I’m dropping an album after that. I’m just working. I’m gonna be dropping a lot of content,” he shared. “I have at least two or three projects that’s gonna drop this year.”
He also revealed that he has an upcoming collaboration with Chris Brown, which will likely land on one of his future projects.
Time Served arrived as Moneybagg’s third studio album. The project spanned across 15 tracks and saw features from Megan Thee Stallion, Fredo Bang, Summer Walker, DaBaby, Future, Lil Baby and Blac Youngsta.
“We can always make a hit. It’s like magic,” Moneybagg said of working with his previous groupmate, Blac Youngsta. “We just understand each other, you know what I mean? We know where each other came from.”
“It was humbling [to work with them], for real,” he added about the album’s other collaborators. “For a lot of them, it was just being in the right place at the right time.”
Time Served also peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200, marking Moneybagg’s highest-charting LP to date. The album beat his previous standing of No. 4, which he reached with his 2018 project, 43VA HEARTLESS.
