Sean “Diddy” Combs is sharing a powerful message that encourages everyone to get involved amid Coronavirus outbreak.
On Saturday (March 28), REVOLT TV’s Chairman explained that he is looking for ways to support healthcare workers during this troubled time. “We can’t just sit back and leave our healthcare workers abandoned and unprotected. Over the next few days I’ll be locked in and focused on finding ways to directly support our healthcare workers but I don’t have all the answers. If you want to help or have any great ideas, please reach out to me now! God bless us all,” he wrote as his Instagram caption.
“There’s no way you could have power and not want to do something with it,” the music mogul said in the three-minute clip shared to Instagram. “We have to get together to find the cure, fix the thing with healthcare workers, and get the economy back on top to make life different.” He concluded, “We’re the magic. We control the f—king destiny.”
In a similar fashion to the “Making The Band” creator, many other celebrities are looking for ways to prevent the widespread of Coronavirus. On Saturday (March 28), Future’s FreeWishes Foundation released a statement about donating custom masks to Atlanta hospitals to combat the shortage issue. “As most people adapt to the new normal of staying quarantined to protect themselves from the coronavirus, healthcare professionals do not have this privilege,” the foundation said in the press release. “In addition, they do not even have enough supplies to protect themselves from contracting Coronavirus.”
Rihanna also donated masks to New York, which “has 10 times more confirmed cases than any other state,” according to CNN. Following her selfless contribution, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo thanked the “Work” singer in a post on Twitter.
