Rihanna is partnering with TikTok creators for her latest Fenty Beauty venture. The multi-business owner unveiled the Fenty Beauty TikTok House in Los Angeles on Monday (March 9), which will serve as a creative “hub” for influencers on TikTok, the rapidly growing social media platform for short-form videos.
“We are standing in the official first Fenty Beauty TikTok home,” she addressed the crowd of selected TikTok influencers, who joined her for the house-warming. The party reportedly also served as a celebration for Fenty’s new mascara product.
“I just wanted to create a platform for the next wave of content creators,” she continued. “I think our generation is the sickest, the illest, the most creative. I can’t do it alone, so to join in with the people who are influencing the world and my community and my generation, this is a hub.”
According to a press release reported by Harper’s Bazaar, TikTok users will be able to “raid the fully stocked ‘Make-up Pantry’” to help create their beauty-focused content, such as beauty videos and makeup tutorials. The release also added that the social media influencers will benefit from “Fenty Beauty spotlighting their creative excellence along the way.” The location itself will reportedly serve as “a beautiful new space to collaborate, express, learn and build community.”
The Fenty Beauty TikTok House marks the latest move from the multi-talent. In other Rihanna news, her forthcoming Amazon biopic just recently received a title, Rihanna: Volume 1.
Although the film hasn’t been given a release date yet, it will follow RiRi’s previous Amazon collaboration — her Savage X Fenty fashion show. The display, which was exclusively offered through the streaming service, featured appearances from Fenty brand ambassador Normani, 21 Savage and others, as well as lively performances by Migos, DJ Khaled, Big Sean and A$AP Ferg.
