Bizzy Bone is putting his own spin on Eminem’s viral #GodzillaChallenge.
In the 5-minute Jam TV video, the Bone Thugs-N-Harmony rapper gives fans a look into his home and shows off his family.
“Shouts to the young homie Eminem, nothing but love,” he said. “You already know. Anybody down with Dr. Dre, down with Ice Cube and part of the whole Mo Thugs family is immediately cousins, brothers and relatives, but we finna take the #GodzillaChallenge. I’ve been getting too many calls. You know me, I love music.”
After showing video of a helicopter flying outside and enjoying a vegan meal, he goes into a studio and plays a recording of himself spitting at a crazy fast pace.
After the release of his Music to be Murdered By album, Eminem challenged his fans to rap along to his verse in his Juice WRLD-assisted song “Godzilla.”
According to Genius, Em speeds through 224 words, containing 330 syllables, during his 31-second verse in the song. The breakdown finds him rapping 7.46 words and 10.93 syllables per second, which beats out 2013’s “Rap God,” where he delivered 6.07 words and 9.6 syllables per second.
The Detroit rapper announced the competition in a tweet on Tuesday (Feb. 25) and promised prizes to those who impressed him with their skills.
“Fill ‘em with the venom and eliminate ‘em’ [Triller] #GodzillaChallenge is on,” he tweeted. “Who can spit it? Reposting + got prizes for my favorites.”
While celebrating Eminem’s “Rap God” video reaching one billion views, Em’s manager Paul Rosenberg announced that a “Godzilla” visual was on the way.
He wrote, “A BILLY. I remember when we made this video and Em kept saying he literally wanted a laptop in his back pocket and he wanted to levitate in a cipher (smh, we made it happen)… wait until you see what he does in ‘Godzilla’! Congrats [Eminem]!”
