Rising Ghanaian superstar Kwesi Arthur releases his brand new single “Winning” featuring Vic Mensa. Released today via Ground Up Chale and Platoon, the track is a new sneak peek from his forthcoming debut album set to release this summer. On the track, Vic Mensa makes sure to match the energy:

Following his feature on one a notable underground track of the year in Yaw Tog’s “Sore (Remix)” featuring Stormzy, Kwesi has been steadily turning up the heat on his output all year, his breakthrough COLORS performance drawing co-signs from US superstar Cardi B, his sell-out shows in London and New York underlining his nomination for Best International Act at the 2018 BET Awards.

Last month, Vic Mensa released his I TAPE project, a new seven-song offering with assists from Zacari, Jeremih, Wyclef Jean, Chance The Rapper, and more. He then returned to deliver the official performance video for the Chance and Wyclef-assisted cut “Shelter.” Last year, Vic Mensa made a big return with the seven-track V TAPE, which saw collaborations alongside the likes of BJ The Chicago Kid, SAINt JHN, and Snoh Aalegra. It’s been four years since Mensa shared his official debut album The Autobiography, which saw 15 tracks with additional features from Pusha T, Weezer, Syd, The-Dream, Chief Keef, Joey Purp, Pharrell Williams, Saul Williams, and Ty Dolla $ign.
