Just last month, Benny The Butcher and Harry Fraud joined forces to drop off the second installment of the The Plugs I Me t series. Since its release, fans have been able to enjoy visuals from the project like the 2 Chainz-assisted “Plug Talk” and the EP’s outro “Thanksgiving.” The latest offering is the brand new video for “Survivor’s Remorse,” which features an assist from Rick Hyde. On the song, Benny takes care of the opening verse:
Uh, you know my type, I’m official built (One hundred)/ When I was nine, my momma sent me to the store to get the kids some milk/ To be this clean, I had to live through filth (Shit was dirty)/ Your dog’ll get you peeled, for you to stand this tall, I gotta get you stilts (n***a) You got plans on gettin’ rich? Well, consider this
Most recently, Benny handed an assist to Neek Bucks on his freshly released “Pain” visual. The Plugs I Met 2 follows last year’s Burden of Proof, a collaborative release between Benny and Hit-Boy that saw 12 cuts and additional appearances from Rick Ross, Freddie Gibbs, Big Sean, Lil Wayne, Dom Kennedy, Queen Naija, and fellow Griselda comrades Westside Gunn and Conway The Machine. The project was the biggest for Benny and his camp to date, landing within the top 30 of the Billboard 200 thanks to 19,000 units sold during its first week of release.
Outside of his collaboration with Benny, Harry Fraud also teamed up with Jim Jones for the February drop The Fraud Department, which boasted collaborations with the likes of Belly, Dave East, Trav, Maino, Big Body Bes, and Marc Scibilia. Last year, he teamed up with Curren$y for the projects The OutRunners, The Director’s Cut, and Bonus Footage.
