At the top of the year, 50 Cent unveiled the official music video for “Part Of The Game” featuring NLE Choppa and Rileyy Lanez. The track was so well received that 50 is back to treat listeners with a new extended version of the song and video. The freshly released offering sees an additional unheard verse from the New York legend. Although the track is definitely a feel-good tune, 50’s new verse makes sure to keep it real as usual:
Saw you over there, n***a you ain’t no one. I don’t fuck with you until you felt the vibe, felt the vibe. I’m movin’ round with this heater with me, and I’m dyin’ to fight. That’s pure facts. That sucker shit, I don’t like that sucker shit. Boy you out from clip to clip you don’t know who you fuckin’ with.
Power Book III: Raising Kanan is the second spinoff season of widely popular STARZ show Power. 50 Cent has executive produced the show alongside show creator Courtney A. Kemp. 50 posted the song’s official audio on IGTV on Nov 30, 2020 to prep fans for the next installment in the Power Universe of television shows. 50 has also created a number of other original songs on the show’s soundtrack, including “Big Rich Town” ft. Joe (the theme song of both Power and Power Book II: Ghost, “Big Rich Town (Remix)” featuring A Boogie wit da Hoodie and Trey Songz, “Animal Ambition,” and “Twisted” featuring Mr. Probz. 50 Cent also dropped his conceptual Kanan Tape EP in 2015, which saw seven tracks and features from Boosie Badazz, Young Buck, Post Malone, and Sonny Digital.
