B-Lovee’s “My Everything” track has been spreading like wildfire thanks to a viral TikTok trend, and the song’s momentum led to the release of two new remixes this week: A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie appears in part two while G Herbo appears in part three. New York’s very own Bizzy Banks is the latest to hop on the beat. In a similar vein with the original, Bizzy opts for an aggressive and fast-paced flow as he rides the soulful sample-led beat:
She ain’t a Capricorn but she a capper, she tryna front like she know all the rappers/ Give me the neck, let the sex come after, she lookin’ stuck, I’m like, girl, what’s the matter? I can’t even lie, she a wet though/
During the summer, Bizzy unveiled his mixtape Same Energy. The project included 12 tracks and only two features from Leeky G Bando and PnB Rock. He decided to ring in the new release with a brand new music video for a stand-out track from the ‘tape titled “My Shit.”
In other Bizzy-related news, he also grabbed an appearance on Pop Smoke’s second posthumous album Faith on the track “30.” The track has since then earned him a placement on the Billboard Hot 100 coming in at No. 97. Bizzy’s previous full-length was his debut GMTO (Get Money Take Over) Vol 1, which he put out last September.
The NY rapper recently delved into why his subject matter is the way it is in his music. “I like rapping about me. I can’t rap about nobody else,” Banks said in the profile piece. “I just love telling my little stories to make sure people get to know who I am. I want people to feel what I’m going through, even if they aren’t experiencing the same shit. Like I’m growing up in my music, I’m still learning a lot, still understanding what death really means. I want everyone who listens to me to get that.”
