Earlier this month, Russ Millions dropped off his latest single “6:30,” an infectious, party-ready offering that managed to provoke the ire of a competitor or two before it was even officially released. The track also came accompanying with a flashy visual full of dance moves, women, rides, and more. This past weekend, the London drill star decided to upgrade “6:30” with a remix, recruiting peers Nito NB, DoRoad, and Loski to provide some additional boastful lines for his fans to enjoy:
“If I lie, tek my eye, let me just eat my burger, head to sky, I’m a bad man with loads of bine, ask the other side how I swing my knife, dot-dot long, trim to size, bend it up, lift it up, grip her throat, hit behind, ay, Russ, how you hit six gyal in a month? Borin’, I done tate Savannah, Keeley, Amina, all in a week, tourin’…”
Back in March, Russ Millions teamed up with Tion Wayne for “Body,” a collaboration that has since become one of the biggest songs to come out of the UK this year. In addition to topping charts in that country and around the world, “Body” has also since earned the duo a wealth of Platinum and Gold plaques. Months later, Russ would continue his own momentum with “Big Shark,” complete with a humorous cameo appearance from Stefflon Don for its video. Meanwhile, aforementioned collaborator Loski recently liberated his latest project Censored, a 10-track body of work that saw assists from Suspect and fellow Harlem Spartans members SD and Splash. Prior to that, 2020 saw the arrival of Loski’s official debut LP Music, Trial & Trauma: A Drill Story, which saw appearances from Fredo, Popcaan, Stormzy, Davido, Emeli Sandé, and more throughout 16 tracks.
