Fivio Foreign has been on an absolute tear lately, delivering hard-hitting, riot-inciting drill tunes to the masses over the past several months. For his latest, he teams up with fellow Brooklynite Young M.A for the Saint Cardona-produced cut “Move Like A Boss,” which shows the collaborators doing just that over wax:

“When I feel like it’s game time, I get a game plan, n***as will give you a dap then shoot at your back with the same hand/

I’ve been in the grimiest places, the grimiest n***as don’t phase HAM, I’m well in tune with the mayhem, but I still walk by the great man/

This is a mind game, I mind bend, I play with your mind like a violin, different places they could find him/

I make calls and I dial in, he keep a shooter beside him, yeah, he keep a shooter beside him/”

Previously, Fivio delivered visuals for “Issa Vibe,” “Fully Focused,” and “Drive By” — two of which are taken from his latest EP 800 BC (Before Corona). He’s also provided solid features for French Montana, Lil Tjay, and DaniLeigh over the past few months, further solidifying his position as one of the hottest New York artists in the game right now.

Young M.A has been staying busy as well, having released her Red Flu EP last month. She’s also unveiled dope visuals for the tracks “Savage Mode” and “Trap Or Cap.”

Speaking to Complex, Fivio Foreign spoke on how the his sound essentially became the evolution of U.K. drill, a genre that was initially modeled after the growing subgenre in Chicago:

“We don’t really listen to the U.K. s***… It’s just that the n***as from the U.K. know how to make the beats. We didn’t really know they was on that type of music, but they were making beats and putting shit on YouTube as ‘Chief Keef type beat’ or ‘G Herbo type beat’ and we were snatching ’em up, not knowing they were U.K.-made.”
