Birmingham star YBN Nahmir is back with a new single titled “2 Seater,” which features assistance from Bay Area’s G-Eazy and North Atlanta’s Offset. Produced by Go Grizzly, Smash David and Hitmaka, the trio talk the usual flashy subject matter perfect for the radio or club dance floors:
“Ridin’ with a thick bitch, wrist on big shit, top down coupe with the stick shift/
On your bitch wish-list, YBN big fist, shrimp-ass nigga, you a fish-stick/
Smokin’ pre-rolled with a bad ho, drop that zero, fuck with a hero/
I’m on South beach on a jetski, bitch tryna find me like Nemo/
Bankrolls, all hundreds, yeah, that’s your bitch? I want her, yeah/
If the bitch outta pocket, I shoot like a rocket/
Hundred round drum on the stick, I’m poppin’/
Two-seater, ridin’ with your b***h, butterfly doors on the Benz…/”
The YBN — our Young Boss N***as — collective has been on a tear the past few years. Having developing into a group thanks to online video games, Nahmir, Almighty Jay and Cordae have emerged as the frontrunners of the crew, which has seen some thirty-plus people over the past decade.
Specifically, Nahmir has kept his fans fed with the mixtapes Believe In The Glo and #YBN in 2016 and 2017, respectively, along with charting singles like “Rubbin Off the Paint” and “Bounce Out with That.” His compadres have been busy as well. Not only has YBN Almighty Jay dropped off hits of his own (including this year’s “Ooouuu” with Blac Youngsta), Maryland-based YBN Cordae received critical acclaim with his debut album The Lost Boy, which landed on various album charts around the world and saw additional appearances from Pusha T, Anderson .Paak, Chance The Rapper, Meek Mill, Ty Dolla $ign and more.
You can press play on YBN Nahmir’s Arrad-directed visual for “2 Seater” below, which sees the trio on a race track with nice cars and beautiful women.
