100 on my arm, yeah that’s 40 karats. N***as dying on the spot if they try and grab it. I’m gettin’ to the money, that’s my only habit. Told my bitch I’d rather die before I did it average. So I did it big like B.I., you n***as spending Tiny money like T.I., I always been that n***a and you see why.
In 2019, Last Days dropped two projects: Rainy Day Fund and The Transition. Rainy Day Fund clocked in at just a little over 30 minutes, equipped with 10 tracks and features from Big Business, Ace Deleon, Bape Simpson, and Prince Rich. This year saw a slew of singles from the rapper, including “Same N***a,” “Motion Picture,” and “Big Flexin’.” He can also be heard assisting Yung Lano on his 2020 project Revenue II on the song “Repeat.”
Back in October, Benny The Butcher blessed the masses with his second studio album Burden of Proof, which was entirely produced by Hit-Boy. The project saw 12 cuts and additional assists from names like Rick Ross, Freddie Gibbs, Dom Kennedy, Big Sean, Lil’ Wayne, Queen Naija, and of course, his fellow Griselda brothers Conway The Machine and Westside Gunn. Considered the most commercially successful body of work out of the Griselda camp, Burden of Proof landed within the top 30 of the Billboard 200 thanks to 19,000 album equivalent units sold during its first week of release. A few months prior to Burden of Proof’s release, Benny teamed up with his Black Soprano Family collective for the DJ Drama-hosted project Da Respected Sopranos.
