The chemistry between Curren$y and Harry Fraud could be regarded as one of the top collaborative relationships in the game, as the duo has a surplus of gems in their vault even after releasing multiple bodies of work together. After dropping off two collab projects this year alone, two just treated fans to another new EP titled Bonus Footage. The new project includes features from Conway The Machine, Boldy James, Gunplay, and even an extended version of “1 Luv” (a track from The Director’s cut) featuring Cordae.

The two have an extensive history of working together, as Harry Fraud and Curren$y released The Outrunners together in July then followed up with The Director’s Cut later in September. Prior to that was La Marina together back in 2018.

Harry Fraud has been booked and busy all year as usual, as he shared a slew of a collaboration projects, including Larry June’s Keep Going, and also Glass 2.0 with Mayhem Lauren and Eat When You’re Hungry, Sleep When You’re Tired with Jay Worthy earlier this year. In a previous piece from earlier this year, Harry Fraud detailed what a genuine spark that kickstarts a collab feels like, and why it continues to happen between him and Curren$y:

“I look for mutual respect. That’s usually what gets you in the room together. Once you’re there, it’s so cliché, but a spark. A kind of realization that there’s chemistry. Fortunately, now that I’ve been doing this for a while, people come into working with me with that in their mind. Not necessarily that we need to do a whole album, but that I’ve proven I can put a palette together for them to paint a picture. With Curren$y and Cigarette Boats, which people consider to be one of my best collaborative efforts, he came into the studio with Smoke DZA to do a feature or something and we did that.”
