Come Nov. 11, Chris Brown will unveil his 11th studio LP, aptly titled 11:11, which is led by the well-received June drop “Summer Too Hot.” On Friday (Oct. 20), the Virginia star liberated another single from the forthcoming effort titled “Sensational,” which features Afrobeats frontrunners Davido and Lojay. Produced by DJ Hardwerk, the track gives off the type of vibes that can create love on the dance floor, complete with Brown’s infectious harmonies and straight-to-the-point subject matter.
“Sensational, yeah, wetin I do for you, girl? And I know, and I know, and I know, girl, I act a fool for you, love’s like a riddle, yeah, give me the clues, solve the riddle, oh, ah, oh, laugh just a little, yeah, life’s pretty sweet, can’t be bitter…”
The accompanying clip for “Sensational” comes courtesy of Child. Viewers can catch Chris Brown and his crew breaking out some serious dance moves while beautiful women, his collaborators, and more appear throughout.
As previously reported by REVOLT, Brown stated that he was done with “20 to 40-song albums” and his upcoming body of work would only hold 11 tracks, keeping with the overall theme of the project. “I see some of my die-hard fans wanting me to add more songs for the new project and I love y’all for that,” said the star after receiving feedback on social media. “I just feel I need you all to really miss me and take my art seriously. I’m just focused on giving y’all the best to digest.”
11:11 will follow 2022’s Breezy, which saw notable collaborations alongside Lil Durk, Fivio Foreign, Lil Wayne, Lil Baby, Wizkid, H.E.R., EST Gee, Jack Harlow, Blxst, and more. That release became Brown’s 11th top 10 on the Billboard 200 with 72,000 first-week album-equivalent units sold. Press play on “Sensational” below.
