T.I. is so confident in his artistry, he claims there’s no one who can mess with him in the rap game. The Atlanta rapper recently took to Instagram Story to boast about his abilities and declared that not even JAY-Z, Lil Wayne, Pusha T are “fucking with me.”

“Motherfuckers can’t fuck with me in no way, shape, form, or fashion when it comes to doing no music, man,” T.I. said in the clip. “I got a lot of other shit going on so I don’t do music like on no consistent basis. … I don’t depend on that shit to feed me, you hear me? But when you’re talking ’bout doing music, when you’re talking ’bout cutting records, nigga, you talking ’bout putting shit out, talking ’bout making shit that’s better than anything out there, man, ain’t nobody fucking with me. Nobody fucking with me, bruh.”

While he understands that he’s not every music lovers’ cup of tea, Tip insisted that he is among the greats when it comes to releases and generally rapping behind the mic, adding that emcees are afraid of collaborating with him because of his elite skills.

“When it comes to putting shit out, ain’t nobody fucking with me, man. … I don’t give a fuck about your personal opinion, about how you feel about me, about what you think,” the “Rubberband Man” star boldly claimed. “When it comes to getting behind that motherfucking mic, nigga, putting some shit to music? Ain’t nobody fucking with me, nigga. None of ’em.”

“Jay and Nas, you need to bring them, bring them, nigga,” he continued. “That who you need. JAY, Nas, Wayne, Ye…nigga, they who you need. Bring them. Pusha T. Yeah, all them. They who you need. Keep trying to goddamn throw my name in the circle, in the mix…ain’t nobody fucking me, nigga.”

T.I.’s belief in his musical talents is no surprise to his fans. In 2020, he exuded similar confidence when he said that he wanted to take JAY on in a Verzuz.

“To be honest with you man, I want JAY!” Tip said. “As far as our confidence, as far as our bankrolls go, we kinda neck and neck, whether he wants to [admit] it or not. And another thing, it’s personality. I need somebody who has a personality that won’t be so intimidated by my bravado.”
